Shipping Charges

PupGear ships FED EX. Your shipping charge will be very close to what you would pay to ship those same items from any FED EX store. Your shipping charges will be calculated during the checkout process and can be viewed before you place your order.

Shipping Options

We will ship your order FED EX Home Delivery unless you specify a business address. Orders to business addresseses ship FED EX Ground which delivers Tuesday through Saturday. Most orders will be delivered within in 10-14 business days. We do not ship to PO boxes. If your billing address is a PO Box, please provide us a physical shipping address so your order will not be delayed. We do not ship orders internationally except for Canada. Shipping charges do not include duty fees or taxes.
